WA State Senate 31
Michelle Rylands is a veteran, small business owner, and mom, and she’s running because she believes that whether its about improving schools, reducing traffic, or building a strong economy, we need leaders in the State Senate who will work tirelessly for Washington families, not for big corporate donors or wealthy interests.
She served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer, and went on to start an Auburn-based small business, DASH. Michelle is a proud Teamsters Union member, and serves as the 911 dispatcher for a local law enforcement agency. She’s the President of the Auburn Council of PTAs, and she also represents Region 9, covering 136 schools. She’s running because she believes that every child, regardless of zip code, deserves the opportunity to thrive, and if she wins this competitive seat in the State Senate District 31, she will fight for those core values in the State Senate.
