Help elect Aimee
Aimee is a proud and native Hoosier who knows the importance of our public education system. Aimee not only attended public schools, but her mother was also a teacher in the public schools for 30 years. After graduating from Western High School near Kokomo, Aimee went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University Bloomington and a law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Throughout her career as a litigator, Aimee has seen firsthand how Indiana’s laws have impacted Hoosiers’ day to day lives. While living in Northwest Indiana, Aimee worked to defend the rights of Railroad workers. During that time, she was a founding member of the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary in Gary, Indiana. Currently, Aimee works for Travelers’ Staff Counsel. Aimee’s respect and admiration of the law enforcement community is evident in her vigorous defense of law enforcement officers and other governmental entities in Indiana. Her love of the law extends outside of her career to also being an executive committee member and vice president of the Sagamore Inn of Court.
Aimee is committed to Indiana to make every Hoosier city and town a place where one can have success without moving away if they don’t want to. She believes that every Hoosier wants essentially the same things: for their family to be happy, to be healthy, to be safe, and to be nearby, therefore, she committed to public safety, public education and equality, and opportunities for everyone without discrimination.
